We continuously pursue ways in which we can improve our knowledge and the safety of all our team.

No business decision is put ahead of that of the safety of our team. We continue to drive standards by investing in training and embracing innovative and new ways in which to improve safety.

Our Commitment

We are committed to achieving our core value of the highest level of health and safety by implementing the following actions.

1. Continue to invest in health and safety and wellbeing training both internally and from external training providers.
2. Ensure adequate procedures and advise are in place to support our sub-contractors.
3. Continue to target and assess individual and team performance based around health and safety.
4. Develop our ISO health and safety management system including having a robust auditing process.
5. Ensure team members and sub-contractors are aware our health and safety reporting procedure and who within the organisation to liaise with.
6. Continue to develop and demonstrate behaviours that are representative of our health and safety culture.
7. Encourage our team to speak openly about their physical and mental health.
8. We will comply with health and safety legislation and prepare in advance for future requirements.
9. Continue to implement effective control measures to minimise health and safety risks.
10. Ensuring effective communication protocols between all levels of the business.
